Robin Conners is the Chief Executive Officer of Westwood 360 Partners. With over 30 years of experience in corporate strategy, project operations and corporate finance, Robin’s expertise extends to Infrastructure and mixed-use Real Estate with extensive international expertise in the planning, structuring and execution of Sovereign and Public-Private sector strategic project financings. Robin’s transactional experience includes public and private sector Joint Ventures, Mergers & Acquisitions, Institutional Asset Management and Distressed Asset Rescue & Recovery portfolios.
Robin was the founder and CEO of Dundee 360 Real Estate Corp., as well as CEO of its wholly owned brokerage division, Sotheby’s International Realty Canada. 360 developed a global reputation for executional excellence in large-scale project realization. Robin has extensive experience in the regulated markets sector acting as both Managing Director and Board member of listed companies. Robin held senior positions in the Real Estate, Infrastructure, Finance and Aviation with public Companies such as Intrawest Corp, The St Joe Company’s and 360VOX Corp.
Robin began his working career in Vancouver, BC, Canada. He graduated from the University of British Columbia where he studied Economics and History. Robin pursued graduate studies at UBC and Simon Fraser University in a joint Masters’ program in Canadian Studies.
Robert MacRae serves as the President of 360 Pacifica Capital Corp. and 360 AMI. In his role, Mr. MacRae leads the development, asset management, and investment efforts of the Westwood 360 group of companies.
A seasoned real estate executive with over 20 years of industry experience, Rob began his career in real estate industry master planning, leasing, and managing retail developments throughout Intrawest’s (IDR: NYSE) portfolio of North American resorts. He later joined Walt Disney Imagineering’s (DIS: NYSE) real estate division in a strategy and development capacity where he worked on the strategic development planning of the company’s Central Florida holdings. He then held investment, development, and asset management roles with Trammell Crow Company (CBRE: NYSE). Most recently, Rob was Senior Vice President at Radiant Partners (private) where he oversaw the acquisition, redevelopment, and asset management of a portfolio of properties throughout the US.
Robert received a BA from the University of Western Ontario and an MBA from Harvard Business School.

Tina Dostie has distinguished herself by creating and implementing an integrated approach to promote brands, thus contributing to the repositioning of large companies such as Cogir Real Estate, Rona, Quebecor World, and BMR. Driven, dedicated and a tireless team player, she is constantly looking for new ways of doing things and ideas to innovate and improve practices. Creative and endowed with great attention to detail, Tina also likes to establish long-term partnerships and work in complementarity with organizations to promote the development of certain products.
Joseph Valentino began his career in Real Estate in 2002 in Land Development. Joseph’s real-estate capabilities include Project Planning, Development Management and Marketing & Sales. Joseph’s experience includes acting as an independent entrepreneur in the development of Residential Condominium projects. This included acting as an equity partner with oversight of the planning for a project of 123 condos from the land acquisition stage, through to construction and final delivery of luxury condo units to owners.
More recently, Joseph has acted as the lead on Marketing and Sales with Blueprint and Sotheby’s for the Humaniti Montreal project; a luxury 154 condo based mixed-use development project. His responsibilities include strategic project planning, financial modelling and tactical distribution strategies. Joseph works with the Underwriting Team in coordinating analytics for each and every project Blueprint and 360 undertakes.
Joseph holds a Degree in Administrative Management with a Major in Finance from Concordia University in Montreal.

Sherri’s global experience and expertise in the field of real estate sales & marketing spans over 2 decades.
Born and raised in Germany and educated in Canada Sherri is an operation executive with a hands–on approach. She is a natural born leader leading various teams to a great success through bust and boom.
She started her career In Canada by joining Royal Le Page commercial division, the largest Real Estate company in North America as the senior real estate advisor. She began very quickly working with developers such as Oxford Properties and Playground/Intrawest on every strategic level in the global real estate industry focusing on resort destination.
Throughout her career she mastered excellent negotiating skills, as well as mastering strategic planning at blueprint level. Sherri managed to close on over €300 million in revenue just in the recent years in resort destinations spanning 4 continents and representing famous brands such as Four Seasons, the One&Only, the Fairmont and the Ritz Carlton.
Central America Executive Director Sales, Blueprint
David began his career working with global advertising agencies Young & Rubicam in Montreal and Ogilvy & Mather in Rome, Italy before joining Ryan and Deslauriers (“R&D”) as a co-founder in 1996. David was responsible for business development and strategic planning for R&D from 1996 to 2003 in Mont Tremblant and Montréal before opening the Orlando, Florida office.
In addition to crafting lead generation strategies and creative programs for Intrawest Placemaking’s sales and marketing subsidiary Playground in Eastern Canada, Northeastern USA and Europe, David has worked on over 600 projects in 39 countries for independent real estate developers, global hotel brands and other real estate sales organizations.
David, who is fluent in French and learning Spanish, enjoys spending his free time snow skiing, playing guitar and visiting with his five grown children currently living in England, Michigan and Florida.
David holds a MBA from McGill University in Montreal.

Léa Ancarani joins Blueprint with 15 years of diversified experience in Real Estate, including Master Planning within public-private partnerships and significant experience in financial analysis for European and Canadian companies that own, manage, and develop real estate.
Most recently, she worked as senior financial analyst at one of the leading Canadian Senior Housing Firms, where she oversaw investor relations and led the analyst pool. Previously, she was the financial analyst, real estate development for Loblaws, the largest Grocery chain in Canada. She began her career in Canada with CBRE.
As Business Unit Executive Director, Ms. Ancarani is responsible to plan and drive the whole part of the administrative services and tasks of Blueprint. She sets business standards, oversees P&L and manages business operations and talents. In addition, she ensures project goals are on track to reach clients and stakeholders expectations.
Lea holds a Masters Degree from Ecole Supérieure des Professions Immobilières de Paris (ESPI – Paris) in Real Estate Planning and Development and a Specialized Masters in Asset Management and Facilities Management from the École des Travaux Publics de Paris (ESTP-Paris).

David McMillan is a highly-regarded veteran in the Hotel and Resort sectors across four Continents. British-born McMillan has served as the Official Voice of the Global Hotel and Restaurant Industry acting as CEO of the Paris-based International Hotel & Restaurant Association. He has also been elected as three-term Chairman of the Hotel Association of Canada.
David has held senior management positions with several major Hotel and Resort Groups, he opened the first purpose-built Four Seasons in the world, operated four Hyatt Regency hotels including El Salvador, Riyadh, Saudi Arabia and their ‘Flagship’ 700 room Hyatt Regency Acapulco.
David’s experience includes all aspects of Project Planning, from Concept and Design through to Economic Underwriting and Financial Planning. His global project development experience is unparalleled with major Hospitality Brands, Development Companies and Entertainment Companies such as the Cirque de Soleil. His expertise in experiential planning, development and operations ranges from mixed-use Urban Projects to Luxury Resort Communities. David has a long history of building financially successful projects around the globe.

As Director, Business Development at Westwood 360 Partners, Robert directly oversees various Project Management and Wellness Development related mandates. This includes direct Project Management engagements within the 360 Group.
Robert has a solid base of experience in corporate operations, this includes Stakeholder Management of International events, Development Projects, and strategic Business Development initiatives. Robert has a proven track record in Key Account Management having worked as a Manager with the National Olympic Committee for the Vancouver Winter Games in 2010. His experience with world class resorts, global committees, and Olympic projects coupled with his more recent experience as VP of Business Development provides for comprehensive project planning and execution capabilities.
Robert studied history at Dalhousie University and is working towards his PMP Designation.
Accounting and Administrative Manager
As Accounting and Administrative Manager for Westwood 360 Partners, David is responsible for Cash Flow Management, current accounting activities for 360 Group, annual budget, corporate proformas and various administrative tasks to insure the company efficiency.
With 14 years of experience in accounting, David has a solid experience in accounting. Prior joining 360 group, David dedicated the past 10 years to Transgesco, a subsidiary of the STM.
His position position requires active management of administrative and accounting functions across the company’s various divisions and the business activities associated with day to day operations.
David holds a DEP in accounting from École professionnelle ÉMICA.
